Message	Which he may be, but I just wanted to point that out, cause most people don't realize. Paying down the principal on your mortgage is the equivalent of putting money in a savings account that gets a rate of interest equal to your mortgage rate. This is obviously a bad idea as long as you have other investment plans (i.e. mutual funds, etc) that pay out at a higher rate. Zdreamin '90 NA, Stage II
