God it can take forever to get things running perfectly. Blown a few intercooler hoses, sorted out a few leaks, but I still have a nasty hole in my power curve at about 5500rpm. Personally I think its the plugs. Im using HKS racing plugs which Im betting just arent long enough, but the tuner doesnt think it feels like its missing at all. So far Im hitting 454rwhp at 1 bar and 509rwhp at 1.5bar. Timing is still very conservative. My 555s are maxing out at 7300rpm. Id suggest for safety getting larger injectors for these turbos than the 555s. This is all on our pump gas. When its finished being tuned Im going to drop the exhaust to see what difference the restriction makes. I think my hi-flow cats were stuffed after the intial problems I had with the car. Then its time to drain the tank and fill up on racegas for another run. Hope to get somewhere around 600rwhp. With a bit of luck, if no more huge problems, might have dyno sheets to post in 4 or 5 hours time.
