| rebuild options ....for an additional $500, I got a 36 month warranty unlimited mileage and the basic long block upgrade --it will be done in 3-4 weeks ... not quite sure what I plan to do with my current motor yet ( i have another core )... there's been alot of discussion lately about motors --figured I'd post my final decision.. with all the problems that I have had as of late ( and the fact that so far I have spent about $2 on useless labor ) I decided to go with SGP due to their proven track record and 36 month warranty on basically a race type engine. the specs are :

Block water passage bored out for more water to back cylinders
Block Bored and Honed using a Torque Plate
Crank balanced and welded on center weight

New bearing and rings
Ceramic Coated Weisco Pistons .040 over
Heads oil passages cleaned
Heads redecked
Ported exhaust and intake runners
3 angle valve job
New Valve stem seals
New Nissan Head gaskets
New Nissan Oil Pump
New Nissan Cam seals
New Nissan Timing Belt
New Nissan Timing Belt Tensioner
personally, it was a tough decisions between SGP and Z1 --- I like the Z1 guys --- the warranty was the deciding factor to me given the problems that I have had locally ..
