Message	I dont think you'll find any shop use a brand new motor for a build. It is not broken in, and things wont seat properly. I have called mike smith, and his time frame is "maybe" by the fall he can do a minor build. It is my gut instinct to go w/ him which i'll probably do, i know it'll be worth the wait.
