Message	I really do feel for the unfortunate situation Bobby12many is in. But I think he's trying to beat me for $350. He agreed to sell me his entire interior for $700. He told me that he would be shipping everything within 2 weeks. So I agreed to send him half the money right away and the other half once I got everything. Excuse after excuse he never had anything ready to go. He's had my damn money since 1/9/04, and I still have no parts. Then he tells me he wrecked the Xterra (that sucks, another excuse). Then the $*** really hits the fan and he has a house fire, now I really feel bad. he agreed to return my money till he was able to assess the damages. No problem I told him. That was 2/10/04. The last contact was on 2/14/04 when he emailed me the following: I am awaiting the transfer of funds from my paypal account to my checking, and am expecting it cleared on monday. I will send the $$$ to you 2 day air as soon as it is available to me. Sorry that I didnt get your calls, My phone had burned in the house fire and I accumilated 37 voicemails in 5 days :( Its been a strange week Hmm now he's ducking my calls, ignoring my emails and won't even post on tt.net.
