Message	they are much stiffer than the Nortec. The Nortec is soft and the engine rock too much just like the stock mount. Turbo Boss on my Z: Nortec Urethane on a friend's Z: The downside to the turbo boss mount is that the vibration at idle is increased slightly, where the Nortec idles just like stock one. For the turbos I am running and the power level, I can't afford the engine to rock even a little.
