As some of you know my motor is coming out in a week or so for a rebuild, and I have been doing some research on the different things I can do to "improve" my motor. For instance the 5th and 6th cylinders arent cooled as effficiently becuase of a poor casting, and it needs to be corrected and smoothed out. I was eyeing Z1's rebuilt motors and noticed they mentioned oil jackets on the crank being enlargened and etc. I am just basically looking for a "list" of things I can do(similar to what I mentioned here) to improve my motor. I dont have any intentions of going forged pistons, but ARP bolts/studs will be about the extent of my build (besides a full rotating assembly balance)
Thanks for the help
