and the wheel well it will need to be all done by metal work. If you remove the interior behind the seats you'll have some access to get to bit of surface area for some metal working. Forget about getting in there with anything like a slap hammer. This stuff will probably be obsolete from the inside but helpful on the outside. La-Z-Link
But what I have used a lot on lite damage to fender & quarters is a stud puller system. This usually works on maybe half inch to 2 inch dents that aren't too close to an body edge or lip roll.La-Z-Link
Any reputable body shop with any metal working experience can usually handle even the toughest seeming job. Just test their experience and methods. Good luck either way.
