Message	think is a consideration ? Does the persons have assets or makes good money? If not does he have insurance? If the answer to the first question is no, the insurance would the the consideration for the lawyer to take on the suit. Most lawyers aren't going to waste their time if there is no money involved from collecting. It all boils down to money. People don't sue for an apology, they sue for damage$$$.
