Message	I had one of those happen... was rolling with a buddy in his Mom's Jeep Cherokee, we were on a merge to the highway (two lanes merging BEFORE we even got to merge with the highwah). We were in the left, lane to the right was supposed to merge to us... about 4 cars in front of us, someone on the right didn't follow the rules and caused everyone to slam on the brakes... lady behind us rearended us... fortunately it wasn't as bad as your situation... but was equally as sketchy, she didn't want us to call the cops, but someone else already had... turns out it wasn't her car... it was her roommates, and the roommate didn't have insurance, and neither one of them spoke very good English... mostly Spanish. Fun times. Sue the piss outta the guy, it don't matter what his story is. Sue him and the owner of the car, whoever it is... Fuckers.
