Message	EVER heard off... EVERY Law in VA is open to interpretation by the law when it comes to daily life (crimes are one thing). Like exhaust, cars, zoning ordinances (what you can and can't do in your home). Basically if you and a Mustang Cobra are sitting next to each other at a light, and the Mustang Revs his engine and you rev back then go your merry way and a cop witnesses it, and doesn't like YOUR exhaust, he can write you up for it... even if it was Quieter than the Cobra... In VA if your exhaust is NOT OEM Specifications... its illegal. BUT, if its load as piss and huge FROM THE FACTORY its friggin ok... And no matter what proof you come into court with, the judge will side with the officer. So basically if a cop doesn't like you or your car in this state, you're fucked. They'll nail you for everything... car too low... tint... exhaust... granted we're not as rough as Cali, but at least you guys have ways to fight back... we don't have shit. If the cop says you're guilty, you're guilty, case closed. Stupid fucking state...
