Message	I just don't agree that they should be built and opened with public money. The reason I thought you were saying the goverment is responsible for street racing was because you said; "People get all mad about street racing, but don't want to build track and in the case over here are shutting one down. So where are people going to race? The street." I just disagree that tracks should be owned by cities, states, or counties unless it is a proven money maker. The reason some tracks are shut down is because they don't make money. I have a feeling that might be why the one close to you is being shut down.
