Message	Maybe he's a bad driver... same listed mods i would say he could be low 14's to high 13's. Thats just a guess. I raced a port and polish intake manifold, intake, no muffler, headers, LS hatchback 93. I basically was head to head with him. His car is extremely fast now since he has a custom turbo. I really do look down on honda's, but many people out there gain my respect by having such a fast honda there is. I don't blame them a car is a hobbie and if your making it the way you like it great =D. The best bets for mods i would say is get a ECU.... i never driven my car with a stock ecu, but i must say i get a little jump increase around 4-4500rpm. Fly wheel and pulleys should help you if you really wanted, but i would actually just spend more money for a twinturbo or twinturbo it later in the future. N/A's are perfect if your into autoxing.
