Before I was going to do my subframe bushings replacing them with ES ones, I searched tt.net to see how long it will take and how hard it is. Allmost every post replacing them said its pain in ass and it should takeat least 5hrs to just take out the bushings. Most people use chizle air gun to bang it out of there to my opinion thats wasting lots of energy and on the end shell is probably damaged. I don't know if am better than other veterans here or if I have better imagination, I was able to take of all 4 bushings with a cheap ass press in 30mins, all I did is level the subframe with used tires and used big deep socket to press even against the bushing and it came out like peace of cake. Bushings are intact, I can still install them back in and it will still look perfect, I don't even have to clean anything just press in poly bushings and am done, total time for me to change them 1hr, and to do the whole subframe and install it back in the car will not take me more than one day. All other posts here I saw had pictures of bushings totaly chewed up or some guys even used torch ha ha ha. Well here are some photos so it might inspire someone else in doing it my way. To me it was very easy.
