Message	There's a lot more to it than just time or one factor...but you have to see the humor in the fact that you didn't even notice the full description in the NEWS section of the site. As such, maybe the N fits for now ;) Just playin' man! And honestly, it's supposed to be for the veterans to back off. Think about it this way...MOST forums with rankings (and there are hundreds that use the "Veteran" or "Newbie" tags) are based solely off the amount of posts you make and doesn't include other criteria.
