Z's are at such a low price nowadays that you can basically build one to your liking and have another for a different purpose. There comes a point where your power will affect the performance for the street when you go all out Horsepower. Like others mention'd a strong 500 to 600rwhp Z will be a monster on the street compared to a 750 to 800+ one, unless you get on the freeway. Handling is something they all can have, yet again the power will affect this too, because the sooner you have full boost, the more is asked of the cars responsiveness. You can see here where small turbo's will yeild more power at a lower RPM on the same scale, yet within seconds smaller one will peak. But these 2835's ares not far behind the smaller turbo's line for line. 
But again, have one built and one a powerful street car I say.
