Message	People value customer service, and yours is as good as it comes. At probably an equal level is product quality, and yours are also as good as they come. Then there is product development/keeping up with the times.... and you are always coming out with new things. Just keep it up! BTW, ever consider hiring someone else? Surely you could take on more jobs then and not turn down so many people... although I think you are trying to focus on product development more than manual labor for the future from what Seb told me.
