So we know it sends out sonic waves/sound at about 120 decibals up to 55000 ft. What about all the birds, animals in the area. I'm not trying to be greenpeace man here or anything but IF that area is used to getting hail storms a lot through the fall and winter, I can see animals starting to migrate from the area elsewhere and causing other wildlife problems. Ex. Birds eat certain food to maintain balance. Birds get annoyed of sound and leave living that certain food to continue groying in population... then there are other problems... anyways, just my .02
