Message	Is it bad to keep your RPMs at one speed for an extended period of time? I understand that you have to vary your RPMs when breaking in an engine and shouldn't maintain a certain RPM for an extended period of time, does the same thing apply even after you break-in your engine? (Say its at 3000 RPMs for 8 hours straight)
