| They are good questions! Dont believe the hype, I dont just 'go off' unprovoked. "It seems like that is a lot of liquid in your video. Is that really how much is sprayed when your running it?" Well, since the intake manifold is also under pressure, the pressure from the pump becomes 'challenged' which will affect flow out of the nozzle. I went to the larger nozzles as well as increased the pump pressure and I just drove home. It appears that this is too much water to run as the ignition is breaking up a bit. I will need to back down on the water delivery a little to keep this from happening. "When you say advanced timing, are you talking about from the CAS or through the ZEM programming?"
Through the use of the ZEM. I wouldn't recommend doing this via the CAS as you would be offsetting the entire timing map by whatever number of degrees you turn the CAS. This will hurt low/midrange RPM torque. In the ZEM I am simply modifying the timing curve only when the car is at full boost which comes to 25psi around 4300RPM with the water on.
