Message	but i could be wrong. ATS USA is located right in NY so i don't see why the access to materials would be a problem. I originally was going to go with the HKS triple disk but was advised against it due to material accesability. Both seem like good clutchs but from what TwinTurboPete said RPS seem to have great customer service, which is a huge plus. I won't find out about ATS's untill the time comes.
