Message	Here in NY/NJ area PepBoys ad in the Sunday paper had Sylvania Silverstars twin packs -- $10.88 after $6 mail-rebate. Looks like you need the ad coupon - so check local papers. Good until 2/13/04 - not sure it is is running elsewhere in USA?
