Message	vett. It's about a 3X3 screen that shows all the locations of any policemen's (also ambulances and other emergency vehicles) location in a 2.5 mile radius on a grid. It's illegal and they stopped production of them a few years ago, I think in 2000. He won't even tell us who made it but he bought it off the net. It uses their radio signal frequency to track them or something. It's unbelieveble, I lost $20 because I betted him he was bs'ing.
