Message	well it finally happened, lol. i was trying to break my previous record from baltimore to nyc in under 3 hours. it was 1AM last night when all of a sudden... beeeep! laser. cop pulls me over, tells me he clocked me at 89 in a 65 zone. the ticket price for that speed is $275. after reasoning with him, he lowered the speed to 84, which brings the price down to a much 'respectable' $75. the cop said i'll get 2 points on my record... but how can this be since i got the ticket out of state? was he mistaken? also the valentine one protected me thus far for 3 years without a single ticket, but i guess there's really nothing you can do about a direct laser hit. any known protection against laser? mike zxredline@yahoo.com
