:You will have to make sure your nozzles are clear and if you run a filter . Depending on the quality of the water or mixture , you can get some build up or deposits in the nozzles. It is a very small hole. It doesn't take much to plug it up. Just keep that in mind. you have to understand that your line pressure is say, 100psi, but your pressure at the nozzle (and velocity) is something VERY significant. And out out of the 10 or 12 gallons of water, I never had ANY visible forms of deposits or crap caught in the inline filter. I also use the rear washer tank, so I have a dashboard light that indicates when water is low. This feature, to me, is an absolute MUST. if you cannot have a low level warning, then water injection is not for you.
"Long story short my boost guage was off i think a couple psi and then the bulb went out on it that night. So I used a flashlight to read what my boost was. Looked like 19 pounds, but I guess I was wrong. Then to top it off, I was bouncing off the rev limiter and powershifted to third. And then the big boom. To my amazement, the next morning it acutlly started!!!! then I shut it off a couple secs later it was killing me to hear what it sounded like." - Posted by: hot90tt(underconstruction) on January 19, 2004 at 11:15 AM |
