| Just got back from a blistering bunch of fun with the slicktop running with injection enabled. I'm quite pleased with the results ths far. There is a definate increase in power, not to mention I was able to advance my timing under full load by an additional 5 degrees without detonation. Rather than go with the butt-dyno, I can say that I used to only spin 2nd gear about half way through the revs and now the wheels are spinning until 3rd gear. 3rd gear even got a bit loose when I first took off as the tires were still cold. I have not turned up the boost yet - waiting for my DAQ software to finish installing (reloaded my OS and apps the other day and didn't install it yet). I'm getting ready to go out and see what kind of boost and timing I can run before it starts pinging.. I was able to run 24psi before at ~23-25 degrees of timing advance under full load without ping on VP110 race fuel.. We'll see how close to that I can get with this and make some comparative notes.
