Message	so long as you hand over the car and a write up your own bill of sale... most people will be willingly to wait for the title from the bank... you just have to make an effort. what i did was call the bank first so they had the title waiting for me at a branch office, paid off the car, got my title the same day and mailed it off.... buyer had it in a few days.
