Message most important!

: Last night I was pulling out of a parking lot onto a dark four lane road and hit something. I think it was a rim. The rim came in from the side and somehow got under the car right under my seat and then decided to flip up on its end. My car jumped up about three feet or so. I coasted across to another parking lot and got out to see what the hell happend. First off, I had no brakes. I walked back to see what it was I hit and saw a pickup stop and someone hurriedly got out and picked up the rim or what ever it was and so I took off to get his tag. He must have known I was after him, but it caught him real fast and got his tag. But my brakes were gone, the car felt real funny, so I limped back home. Well, I get under the car this morning and it has pushed the floor underneath my seat up into the seat. The floor has a cut in it where you can see carpet from under it from the drivers seat all the way back to the rear wheel and the brake system has been ripped out totally. And when the car rolled over the rim it must have pushed up on the body and my rear quarter panel buckled a little and my door wont shut right. I wanted to go to the cops last night but I didn't know then what the damage was and I needed to get the car home then before something else happend. I plan to talk to my insurance company monday. I have the guys tag that dropped the rim. My girlfriend was with me so I have a witness. I saw some witnesses on the side off the road I think I could talk to. What can I do here? What would you guys do?.......Thanks......
