Message	You are saying that the JWT Cam that has less lift has a smaller base circle than that of a Jun cam that has higher lift. BTW the JWT cam has the same base circle of a stock cam. The only that does not is the JWT 500. Maybe you can try your micrometer on your cams to verify.
