Message between one car and the next, one dyno location and atmospheric conditions and the next, condition of the engine, etc etc, all play a factor. You also have to look at the area under the curve rather than peak numbers too. When tuning, I only use the A/F and torque curve to tune the engine. The resulting RWHP is actually an afterthought to maximizing the torque curve.
