Message	Dont know if its the same but the basics should be, Adjust the shutter speed for anything from 3seconds to 30 - not sure how high up yours will go but most have atleast 15 seconds. Change the aperture to the lowest - so you wont get too much light in (will vary on shutter speed) and to reduce noise - put the ISO speed down to the lowest as well. I use 100 on this camera - on my Olympus I used 200. Just play with it
