intimidating vehicle... mechanically. A lot of mechanics are too scared to work on them or charge crazy labor charges for minor things. Frankly, I blame it on the lack of mainstream information to the "general" public (Haynes service manuals, online assistance & parts availabilities/prices) for the demise of well maintained Z's. The Z isn't anymore mechanically different than any other car, but the lack of experience and info out for the common mechanic is very minimal. Honestly, if it wasn't for sites like TT.net... a lot of Z's would be in junkyards by now. Just my hung-over rant.
WELCOME TO TEXAS, YA'LL!!!
