Message	also take a look at the gauge cluster and make sure that all of the needles light up correctly. if the gas escapes from the needles, you can't see them and its 3K to replace. make sure the timing belt has been changed....and listen for clunks when the tranny shifts, but with 55K miles it shouldn't be a problem....otherwise the car is bullet proof.
