Message	Does the cone have a hole at the top? Does the base of the cone spread out like on a parking cone? Taking material thickness into account (thick material cound cause a substantial area of frontal exposure itself)? whats the angle of the cone? Is the bottom of the cone covered by anything, or can air easily flow into the onside when facing base first?
