Message	mass. When I say they have the same strength, I mean that they can both push equally as hard on the crank. If you will, imagine the crank having two grips and both of them try to push in an opposing direction at the same time; the crank wouldn't turn at all. One of them being able to turn it faster but with the same force as the other will actually do more work than the slower, equally strong person. Putting it into automobile perspective: Two cars: Car #1 makes 500ftlbs at 4500RPM Car #2 makes 500ftlbs at 6000RPM Car #2 is actually doing more work with the same force because its engine is producing 500ftlbs of force more times per second as the cylinders fire more often. Car #1 is producing 428HP at that point and car #2 is producing 571HP. Car #2 would raise the pail faster.
