Message	reminds me of living up north and watching the psychotic lunatic troopers risk lives driving across medians and through ditches just to try to catch up to get a speeder going 8mph over. I saw many of them spinout and get stuck in the ditch, or leave undercarriage pieces of their cruisers behind jumping a median at 40mph. Funny stuff to watch them do a lot of damage over nothing.
