Any sort of empirical, quantitative data only gives insight into its potential and the actual realities of what it does usually end up being the bottleneck as they are dependent on the human element. I think, in the mindset of the data you are looking for, your time may be better spent actually learning to drive rather than focusing on making the car a potential winner of sorts; and the applicability of the information you are looking for will also become clearer to you in terms of what you actually need done to the car to improve your performance.
