Message As we have been seeing lately there is alot of questioning on what mods are worth while and whats not..

To be exact:
1) Down Pipes vs Gutted Pre-Cats.
2) Lighten Flywheel vs stock.
3) Ignition amplifier vs stock.
4) Gutted main cats versus test pipes.
5) Aluminum drive shaft vs stock.

And I am quite tired of not knowing what the true results are thus I propose the following. That someone here who has some mechanical skill or wants to do some testing for us test each mod and dyno test before and after tests. And for this persons time and effort and labor cost we give him/her a min of $10 bucks. I figure if we can get 50 or so people to do this we will have $500 bucks to compensate this person for his/her time and effort. And then we will have some Dyno graphs as evidence and hopefully some answers. I know there is a problem with just one car doing it but hey it better than nothing.

What do you guys think? We can have the person use paypal and we can all just pay him via paypal. I actually have an extra set of pregutted main cats and precats if needed. I would do the testing but I don't have alot of those parts and can't even run a stock dyno because my stage III is just slipping with the current clutch.

The other option is that we pay a series of people to have there car dyno'd for each change. Else if someone has all the above mods can you get your car dyno'd and give us some results?

So what do you guys think? I figure $10 isn't alot of money to come up with and it would be for a good cause.
