Message	where i'm from it takes FOX(helicopter) 15 min if its airbourne to get anywhere, so you have 15 min. to completely lose the ground control. Back when I was loosely involved in the YCOA (Young Criminals of America) I evaded a couple of squad cars with the help of a scanner; but I always wondered why nobody ever thought of creating a radio jammer; besides the fact that it would be an FCC violation. Just think of it,your 400 watt amp could be somehow used to jam a signal maybe 1/8 mile in radius just enough to scramble the signal of the pursuing squad car. I know this is completly wrong and should not be done by anyone for any reason. Ps "Good heart criminal minded"
