The company was real good about sending me a new inverter when the one they shipped was defective too. These fit over the needles so you don't have to pull the needles (a good way to f*ck your cluster up). I previously had the NR gauges in my last z, a 1991 2+2, and pulled the needles and ended up permanently screwing up the tach....caused it to stick etc as the shaft for the gauge needle pulled out WITH the needle. Plus they don't light up all that well either.
