Message Go ahead and set up the infrastructure to sell the calendar to people at a reasonable price, do the design work and then print off enough copies that you can distribute it. Thats possible in the magazine world, because you have advertisers that gives you working capital to design, print and then distribute. With the number of copies that may or may not sell Cafe Press was the best soloution ans worked fine last year.

As far as taking over the calendar, yep sure did. Took it over from a kid at the beggining of 2003...why because he could not get it done and out, could not print the copies etc...

This year it came out in January...end of story. I have a magazine to run, as well as finish my 2 BA's, prepare for law school in the fall, and work part time designing wireless networks for an IT firm in Tampa. So, inbetween all that my self and one of my graphic designers Laura Seymour developed the calendar for the Z community...why because I have been a part of this great community since 1998...because, I am the ECZA Florida chapter president, and because I love the cars. So, dont you dare lecture me on doing something right. I have been doing things right in this community for over 5 years.

As far as expanding images, once again good luck getting what you "ideally" need from non photographers. Personaly, I thought the pictures this year were terrific. Some were not 2mp+, but most were in that range. No matter how many times you ask people for image quality, they only have what they have, and this calendar represents the z community as a whole. I have no complaint with this, I just really want to see some one else do better. Its things like this that just flat out turn people off for catering to others in the community, and in turn become those silent members of TTNet that read the forum, but do not post, nay even venture into doing anything helpfull to the collective community. So rant on, please do and further exemplify what it is to berrate your fellow Z'r. *Flame off*
