"There were no low resoloution images used and what images were used were what we were sent." you don't consider a 1MP image for a full page print low-res yikes! and I offered to send higher res images to Laura.. she said she'd get back to me "after lunch" never heard from her again I NEVER sent any images in you just lifted those from what I submitted on the forum [see the link in the original post of this thread] "everything is shot on 35mm and scanned in at 600DPI or shot on a 6.3 megapixel digital SLR....not everyone has these."
yep.. not everyone has $1000 to spend on a camera.. but I would guess they have at least something in the 2-3MP range, and even that is not ideal for full page print, but it would certainly be better that what I have sitting on my desk right now.
like i said.. I still like it and it will go on my wall I was just disappointed in the quality.. it could be overlooked from someone running this stuff out of their garage but a 'design firm' .. come on
oh well.. done ranting I don't know how time will be looking the last quarter of this year.. but i will certainly look into 'producing' my own and i use that term loosely because this isn't even from a 'real' printer.. cafepress..? *sigh*
