That's absurd. Anywhere that has high altitude dynos would experience the same problems with the inflated correction factor. It just happens the the Rockies are one of the highest altitude places that people live in the US.

High altitude dyno's will have much, much more of a correction factor applied than anywhere else. As soon as you begin applying an altitude correction factor (that was meant for a naturally aspirated car) to a forced induction car , the numbers will become less accurate.The more of a correction factor that's applied, the more the numbers will be off.

I'm worrying about the science behind the numbers. You don't understand it. I do.
