Get a new dealer in all seriousness. Call the owner of the dealership, and explain the difficulties you are having with his staff. That don't work, kick it up a notch and call Nissan North America. Better Business Bureau etc.. You paid $30,000+ for a car, the least they can do is perform warranty service with no complaints. They have a factory service manual, they are supposed to be competent employees, if they can't fix SIMPLE problems like you described, you need a new dealer. My 2 Lincolns
