| a problem nationwide. Cars are becoming more complicated than your typical dealership can handle. Just look at our Z's for example. Most of your Nissan dealerships have no clue about alot of the caveats of this car that simply 10 min spent in the FAQ would teach. No manu has a monopoly on this issue. It's wider and wider spread incompetence in service departments. I know a handful of great mechanics, unfortunately they are becoming more and more rare. The good ones are out there, just got to find them. Literally network and ask around. If you are attached to the car, I would be willing to drive to a neighboring area to correct this issue. If you're just fed up with the whole shooting match, file the appropriate papers. The worst that can happen is they say no. Have you tried calling Nissan Cust Service directly?
