I know of nothing currently on the market for the Z32 which will allow you to change the rev limit on the fly. An emulator may do this but that would depend on the software it uses. You would have to talk to the maker's of them. JWT and Stillen slightly increase the REV limits in their upgrade chips but do not remove them. For example, the JWT 555cc injector upgrade chip has a REV limit set to 7500rpm.
