Message to the program so that you spend the least amount of time and effory on the dyno or at the track while getting your car tuned.

The ZEM also has more features than just a means to change parameters in the ECU. It also acts as a sensor display/monitor/dataloger because you can attach any sensor you wish to it, up to 7 analog devices and 4 digital devices. So if you have a wideband O2 setup, you can strap that to the ZEM, monitor its value, as well as datalog it. And you can do this with EGTs, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc etc..

We are working on developing the ZEM to auto-tune A/F ratios based on a wideband sensor input. You will be able to specify a target A/F for a given load column, and it will automatically adjust your map parameters to dial your A/F into what you want it to be.

There are also plans to hook it into the ABS wheel sensors to extrapolate accurate speed, then from that you can derive accelleration, and with the vehicle weight, you will be able to calculate torque, horsepower, and plot it vs. RPM along with your wideband info. Aerodynamic and frictional rolling losses will be accounted for and you will be able to tune your car whereever and whenever you want.

All this (and more) are features of the ZEMulator that cannot be accomplished simply by using an emulator.
