Message	My circuit uses pin 2 of the 74HC4060 chip which is a direct 153.6khz output of of the 2.4576mhz crystal divided by 16. Is pin 7 working ok as a 9600 baud pulse output? Your circuit looks nice. Mine is a little bigger. I went with a 1,7/8" x 2,13/16" board which will fit in a Radio Shack 3x2x1 project box.
