you and I keep my car in the garage covered, but I'll start it every week or ten days and let it run and warm up for about 5 minutes. I'll back it up and pull it forward just to move the tires around and avoid any possible flat spots if left over time. So when the weather does break in the spring it's ready to roll. If you have access to the car ie., it's in your garage and not stored somewhere I would start it up every once and a while. I never used any gas stabalizer since the car doesn't sit long enough to build up moisture in the tank. See ya in the spring........
