Message I have only dealt with Z1, Coz, Courtesy, Cpark, and various private sellers for the best deals on the parts and advice I required at the time. I think it's essential to shop wisely and make informed desicions. I don't hope for, but expect prompt, courteous, and 'profession'-al service when I deal with a vendor. After all this is their livelyhood and if they wish to survive doing what they enjoy then I feel it's essential to be focused and do the best they can or perish in the wastelands of good intentioned businesses. Although I haven't been around here as long as some others here, I've been around here long enough to recognize those that badger, bitch, complain, and generally are miserable people. Also, recognizing those that continually and tactfully are there to help the vet and the noob alike again and again, and never have an ill word even when they may have answered that question for the 147th time. Without ever having met George or used his services or products I beleive he is a good man with good intentions. I look at it this way, because he has taken the initiative to start a business that supports the car and the community that we all need to continue enjoying our passion, the Z, it is important that we not judge and bad mouth a fellow enthusiast based on the negative feedback of a few unpleased customers. Why?, because as we sit here reading all these posts we don't really know everything that transpired in each case. As the post above proves there are probably loads of pleased customers that wont or be able to chime in. The situation that George described earlier was a losing proposition from the onset. I recognized it as I read it and would have handled it differently, but he tried and went well above and beyond to help this individual, only to get burned because he was to far behind the curve to begin with on that persons car. I know his frustration because I've been there and dealing with someone like that is a no win deal. But George will learn from this I hope, and as he and his business grow this will be one of those lessons that will shape his future actions in a similar situation. In my opinion there is plenty of business out there for all the vendors that wish to pursue this line of work. And the general rule of economics states that the more the competition the better. It keeps the market place fair and affordable. It keeps the availability of parts, expertise, service and advice flowing. Case in point, this web-site, an invaluable tool if you haven't figured that out yet, or take it for granted. George, only bite off what you can chew, stay focused and remember who pays the bills. Be straight and upfront with everyone, if your overwelmed with business, then hire some help. If your tired and need a break, then take one, everyone will understand. Just let em know when you'll be back from Hawaii and they'll get their orders. And to everyone else, CHILL OUT or one day you'll turn on the computer to find a diminishing interest in what you find important and the sources for your support. OK my brain just quit. Somebody post some Boobs :-)
